Are you passionate about planning and executing engaging events? We are looking for a creative and organized Event Officer to join our team and help us deliver unforgettable experiences!
Position: Event Officer
Location: Jakarta
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute medium-sized events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create high-impact events.
- Prepare event timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics.
- Ensure all event elements, including marketing materials, venue setup, and audience engagement, are aligned with the brand.
- Host or MC events, engaging the audience and maintaining the energy throughout the event.
- If capable, assist with simple video editing for event promotion or post-event content (preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and hosting as an MC.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Having huge interest in social activity
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
- Willing to go to onsite event and work on weekend
