Job Title: Padel Event & Marketing Coordinator
About Us
We are Westside Padel, a fast-growing hub for the most exciting sport in the world! We are building an active, welcoming community of players, and we need a creative, high-energy go-getter to help us pack our courts and make our club the place to be.
The Role
We are seeking a Padel Event & Marketing Coordinator to be the driving force behind our community vibe. If you love sports, have a knack for getting people together, and know how to build excitement both online and offline, this role is for you.
Your main mission is simple: bring the energy, pack the courts, and get local brands excited to partner with us.
This is a hands-on position with plenty of room to expand your responsibilities. For a self-starter who excels at running the show and driving club growth, there will be direct opportunities to take on broader operational and leadership responsibilities down the line.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Hosting
- Create the Calendar: Brainstorm and execute a fun monthly schedule of events, including social mixers, weekend tournaments, beginner clinics, and corporate play days.
- Run the Show: Be the on-site host for all events—setting up, welcoming players, organizing brackets, and making sure everyone has an amazing experience.
2. Marketing & Community Hype
- Drive Bookings: Promote our courts and upcoming events through social media (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp groups) and local outreach.
- Build the Buzz: Capture photos and videos during busy hours and events to keep our digital community engaged and growing.
3. Sponsorships & Partnerships
- Pitch Local Brands: Reach out to local businesses (cafes, fitness brands, health food shops) to secure sponsorships, tournament prizes, and partnership deals.
- Manage Partners: Ensure our sponsors get great visibility during events and across our marketing channels.
