Job Description
- Develop and manage brand communities through online and offline engagement programs, activations, gatherings, and collaborative activities
- Plan and execute events, workshops, campaigns, and brand activations to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Identify, build, and manage sponsorships aligned with the brand positioning
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Creative, Social Media, Operations, Vendors, Logistics) to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on schedule
- Prepare reports and performance evaluations for events, sponsorships, and community programs, including actionable improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Community, Event, Brand Activation, Sponsorship, or Public Relations roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experienced in managing end-to-end events and activation projects
- Creative, strategic, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Adaptive, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
