Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Event Manager, Event Project Manager, Brand Activation Manager, or related role.
- Proven experience in managing corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, or large-scale events.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Job Description:
- Plan, develop, and manage event concepts in line with the company's business objectives and branding strategy.
- Prepare detailed event timelines and run-downs, ensuring all activities are executed according to schedule.
- Identify target audiences and develop promotional strategies to maximize event success.
- Prepare and manage event budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with approved budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage event permits and operational or technical requirements throughout the event lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external teams involved in event preparation and execution.
- Act as the primary problem solver for operational issues arising before or during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, including KPI achievement, participant satisfaction, and overall event effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive event reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.
