Aurum Entertainment is an international agency creating, managing and promoting world-class live productions, with a focus on theater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager, based in our West Jakarta office. We plan every show in-house, and local partners and contractors deliver it on the ground — you coordinate and manage them so that every show runs on time and on budget. You report to the CEO, work closely with our Operations Director and lead an assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate venues, production and artist travel with our local partners and contractors.
• Lead show days on site with the local team.
• Keep budgets and timelines on track, and make every tour run smoother than the last.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years in live events — concerts, theater or touring shows — at a promoter, event organizer, venue or production house.
• Experience with international artists: visas and permits, travel, riders.
• A working network of venues and production vendors.
• Experience managing event budgets and negotiating with venues and vendors.
• You build processes, not just fix today's problem: SOPs, timelines, checklists.
• Ambition to grow with us and build our events team.
• Fluency in English.
• Available for tour travel and show days.
