We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Management Staff Intern to join our team! If you are passionate about organizing events, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including brand activations, corporate gatherings, and marketing campaigns.
- Support vendor coordination, venue selection, and logistics management.
- Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as event documentation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Engage with clients, partners, and event attendees to ensure a positive experience.
- Be available to work on-site during event days (including weekends if required).
Requirements:
- Previous experience (internship, volunteer or freelance) in event management is required.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work at the office or on-site based on event needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
