Project Role: Event Emcee / Host (One-Day Engagement)

Event Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Project Overview
We are seeking a professional and engaging Emcee to host a press conference for the launch of health, wellness, and technology programs. The Emcee will facilitate the event flow, introduce speakers, engage attendees, and help ensure a smooth and professional experience for guests and media representatives.
Responsibilities
Host and moderate the press conference.
Welcome guests and introduce speakers and program segments.
Follow the approved event program and run sheet.
Coordinate with the event team before and during the event.
Maintain audience engagement and professional event flow.
Manage transitions between presentations, Q&A sessions, and closing remarks.
Requirements
Previous experience hosting corporate events, press conferences, or product launches.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage.
Able to attend a pre-event briefing if required.
Deliverables
On-site hosting of the event.
Attendance during the agreed call time and event duration.
Professional facilitation of the entire program.
