Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and execute all aspects of events from preparation to completion.
- Work independently and take full responsibility for event implementation and operations.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to promote events, achieve target audience goals, and ensure successful event execution.
- Manage and control event expenditures to ensure spending remains within the allocated budget.
- Evaluate event performance, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback from participants and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Event Management, Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Organizer (EO) or event management roles.
- Energetic, proactive, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiar with and capable of using digital event platforms and project management systems.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
