Cashier
- Handle payment & ticket transactions.
- Operate cashier/POS system.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries.
- Ensure cash & transaction records are accurate.
Merchandiser
- Handle merchandise sales & stock.
- Arrange and maintain merchandise display.
- Assist customers in choosing products.
- Ensure stock and sales are properly recorded.
Room Staff
- Assist visitors throughout the exhibition area.
- Guide and explain activities/attractions to visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and room readiness.
- Rolling position: move between different rooms/areas based on operational needs.
- Support cashier/merchandise team when needed.
