Job Requirements
1. Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of experience in organizing events, product launches, gatherings, and roadshows.
3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong time management skills.
4. Creative and able to think outside the box when designing events and marketing campaigns.
5. Strong analytical skills to evaluate the success of events.
6. Willingness to travel to event locations as required.
7. Proficient in using computers and managing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Description
1. Develop event concepts.
2. Organize and lead all activities related to the event.
3. Create a detailed and specific event rundown (including schedule, activities, speakers/performers, equipment, and venue).
4. Manage event timing, venue, and delegate tasks to each team member.
5. Meet with clients to discuss event details and requirements.
6. Source and recruit talent and crew members.
7. Prepare contracts (SKK) for talent and crew.
8. Issue payment reminders.
9. Proficiency in English is a plus.
10. Willingness to travel out of town (if required).
