Kualifikasi Event & Collaboration :

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang event organizer, partnership, brand collaboration, bazaar atau marketing activation.
  • Membuat laporan hasil event (jumlah pengunjung, engagement, brand exposure, media coverage, ROI).
  • Dapat membuat perencanaan, budgeting, koordinasi vendor, rundown, dan pelaksanaan event.
  • Diutamakan memiliki jaringan luas dengan vendor event, KOL, dan komunitas relevan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang sangat baik.
  • Berjiwa kreatif, inisiatif tinggi, dan memiliki sense of branding yang kuat.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dalam tim lintas divisi (creative, marketing, operation).
  • Mampu membuat event rundown, floor plan, dan mengatur alur kegiatan.
  • Dapat membuat RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) event.
  • Mampu mengidentifikasi brand/partner potensial untuk kolaborasi strategis.
  • Menyusun collaboration proposal (benefit, exposure, deliverables, timeline).
  • Mahir menggunakan Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Trello/Notion.
  • Menjalin komunikasi profesional dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak eksternal (brand, komunitas, media, KOL, kampus, dsb).



    Job Descriptions :
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, baik lisan maupun tulisan, serta kemampuan membangun hubungan kerja yang baik.
  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak (internal dan eksternal).
  • Menentukan tujuan event (awareness, engagement, sales, product launch, branding).
  • Mengelola dan mengendalikan anggaran (budgeting) acara.
  • Menyusun timeline kerja mulai dari perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi.
  • Mencari potensi kolaborasi dengan brand lain yang memiliki audiens relevan (co-branding, sponsorship, joint event).
  • Menyusun proposal kolaborasi yang memuat konsep kerja sama, benefit untuk kedua pihak
  • Menghubungi, dan membangun hubungan dengan calon mitra (sponsor, media partner, mitra komunitas).
  • Melakukan negosiasi kerja sama (budget sharing, barter produk, media placement).
  • Mengurus semua kebutuhan perizinan yang diperlukan.
  • Melakukan negosiasi kontrak dan memastikan pemenuhan komitmen kedua belah pihak.
  • Cepat dan tenang dalam mengambil keputusan dan menyelesaikan masalah di bawah tekanan.
