WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support event preparation and on-ground execution from setup to dismantle.
- Coordinate operational needs with internal teams, crew, vendors, and other related parties.
- Keep timelines, rundowns, checklists, logistics, and field requirements on track.
- Spot on-ground issues early and communicate them quickly to the project lead.
- Support project documentation and reporting before, during, and after the event.
