Deskripsi pekerjaan Event Coordinator PT. URBAN PADEL INDONESIA
What you’ll be doing:
• Manage Urban Padel events end-to-end
• Handle Reclub & community activities
• Research market trends, competitors, and new event concepts
• Create and execute new ideas in-house
• Manage vendors, partners, sponsors, and event operations
• Drive customer engagement, retention, and event revenue
• Use AI tools to improve research, planning, and execution
• Work closely with the owner & management
What we’re looking for:
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 0–2 years of experience in events, marketing, community, sports, or lifestyle is a plus
• Good understanding of padel and/or experience with Reclub is a strong plus
• Proactive, energetic, and hands-on
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Curious about trends, people, and business
• Comfortable using AI tools and excited to learn
• Able to turn ideas into action
• Comfortable working weekends when needed for events
