Job Description:
- Assist with the planning and execution of online and offline events (webinars, workshops, seminars). Willing to coordinate across departments.
- Support pre-event preparations, including internal briefings, speaker coordination, and event schedules.
- Assist in preparing event promotional materials such as posters, content briefs for marketing purposes, registration links, and promo codes.
- Assist in building event partnerships with brokers, securities firms, universities, and communities.
- Ensuring all online and offline events are scheduled, organized, and achieve their goals without operational issues.
- Ensuring event operations are documented (checklists, timelines, and evaluation reports) so events can be consistently executed by teams and across teams.
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality workshops and educational events.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in event management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interested in event management, community work, or educational programs.
- Familiar with basic tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and Zoom/Webinar platforms.
- Willing to travel for work if necessary.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
