Job scope (support role):
- Handle event planning and execution for corporate events, workshops, and training programs.
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare event materials, tools, logistics, and operational checklists.
- Handle on-site event execution.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and general operational needs.
- Assist with KOL-related activities.
- Handle retail sales and customer inquiries.
- Maintain operational documents and reports.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate / final-year student welcome to apply.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Fast learner and able to follow SOPs and timelines.
- Able to multitask and solve problems independently.
- Comfortable with both administrative and hands-on work.
- Familiar with Google Workspace.
- Interest in beauty, fashion, or events is a plus.
