You'll gain real hands-on experience working on national-scale events, corporate training programs, and industry conferences alongside experienced event professionals.
What You'll Do
As our Event & Project Operations Intern, you'll be involved in every stage of an event and program, including:
- Planning and coordinating professional events and workshops
- Assisting project managers in running multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinating with speakers, vendors, partners, sponsors, and participants
- Supporting event operations before, during, and after the event
- Preparing presentations, project documents, timelines, and reports
- Ensuring every detail runs smoothly—from registration to stage execution
- Helping improve participant experience through feedback and operational improvements
- Supporting CRM updates and stakeholder communication when needed
