- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or event management, with managerial roles being an advantage.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, especially with corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure partnerships and sponsorships.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Skilled in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies for events.
- Familiar with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledgeable in event planning, production, and budgeting.
- Target-driven, creative, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Extensive network in the event industry, including vendors and sponsors.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
