EVENT & COMMUNITY
Moos Cafe – Surabaya
Bring people together. Create memorable moments. Make them come back.
We’re looking for an Event & Community team member who loves creating activities, connecting with people, and turning Moos into more than just a place to eat.
You’ll be responsible for bringing people together through events, community activities, collaborations, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute events and activities at Moos and off-site.
- Develop ideas for community activities, workshops, gatherings, and collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and communities.
- Manage Moos membership and WhatsApp Community activities.
- Develop simple CRM and customer retention activities.
- Coordinate partnerships with communities, schools, offices, brands, creators, and other potential partners.
- Support pop-ups, bazaars, catering activations, and external events.
- Coordinate event preparation, vendors, partners, and event-day execution.
- Collect customer feedback and community insights.
- Evaluate event performance, attendance, sales, and customer engagement.
- Work closely with Marketing Communications and Content Production to promote and document activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Events, Community, Marketing, Hospitality, F&B, Lifestyle, Retail, or related fields.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with people.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and capable of handling multiple event details.
- Creative and able to develop fun, practical activity ideas.
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on.
- Able to coordinate with vendors, partners, and different types of people.
- Comfortable working on weekends or during events when needed.
