JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Community and event activation are key pillars in HOTTO’s growth. We're looking for someone who can bring our brand to life through well-executed events, build strong community relationships, and connect strategy with execution, all while staying true to our values.
- Plan and execute offline event activations, from wellness talks to community meetups to brand partnerships
- Coordinate logistics, venue, vendors, and production for all events
- Develop and implement creative community-building strategies, especially in wellness, food, and health-related spaces
- Handle end-to-end execution of pop-up booths, roadshows, brand activations, and collaborations
- Manage relationships with local communities, event partners, and strategic collaborators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, creative, marketing, etc) to align event & community goals with brand campaigns
- Track and report on event & community impact (engagement, participation, leads, etc.)
- Be the on-ground face of HOTTO full of energy, warmth, and purpose
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in event activation, community management, or brand engagement
- Strong background in executing offline events, especially for FMCG, lifestyle, or wellness brands
- Creative, proactive, and full of initiative (you don’t wait for directions, you bring ideas)
- Excellent organizational skills: you can juggle timelines, vendors, and unexpected changes with grace
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (you're comfortable talking to strangers and turning them into community)
- Passionate about health, wellness, and building something meaningful with a local brand
- Have worked in a fast-paced startup/brand environment
- Able to work flexible hours when events require (including weekends or evenings)
- Willing to relocate (WFO) in Cipondoh, Tangerang
