EVENT AND COMMUNITY SPECIALIST

Moos is looking for an Event & Community Specialist who loves creating experiences, meeting people, and turning ideas into events that people actually want to join.
You’ll play an important role in making Moos more than just a cafe — a place where communities connect, activities happen, and memorable moments are made.
What You'll Do
• Plan, develop, and execute events and community activities at Moos.
• Develop event concepts that align with Moos’ brand, audience, and business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with communities, KOLs, creators, brands, schools, and potential partners.
• Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities that can bring new audiences to Moos.
• Develop community programs and recurring activities to encourage engagement and repeat visits.
• Coordinate event preparation, vendors, partners, talent, and on-ground execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to promote events and maximize their reach.
• Monitor event performance, attendance, engagement, and business impact.
• Collect community and customer feedback to develop better experiences and future programs.
• Explore new event trends, activities, and community opportunities relevant to Moos’ target audience.
What We're Looking For
• Minimal D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in event management, community management, partnership, activation, or marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, proactive, energetic, and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple things while staying detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working on-site and during events, including weekends when needed.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience working with communities, brands, KOLs, or lifestyle events is a plus.
• Most importantly: you enjoy bringing people together and making things happen.
