Deskripsi pekerjaan Event & Community Lead Fas.a.Fas Bakery & Café
Fas a Fas is looking for a creative and community-minded person to help us build meaningful moments around our bakery & café.
We believe Fas a Fas can be more than a place to eat — it can be a space for people to gather, share ideas, celebrate small rituals, discover local makers, and feel connected. We’re looking for someone who can help bring that spirit to life through events, collaborations, community outreach, and creative programming.
This role is for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing ideas, writing proposals, connecting communities, and turning simple moments into memorable experiences.
What You’ll Do
1. Build and nurture community relationships
- Identify communities, groups, collectives, studios, schools, brands, artists, makers, and local initiatives that align with Fas a Fas
- Become the main PIC of Fas a Fas for community partners, collaborators, and event-related relationships
- Reach out to potential communities and partners in a warm, thoughtful, and brand-aligned way
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners before, during, and after events
- Build a community database with contacts, potential ideas, past collaborations, and follow-up notes
- Look for opportunities where Fas a Fas can become part of meaningful local conversations, gatherings, and cultural moments
2. Develop creative event and collaboration ideas
- Create event concepts that feel natural to Fas a Fas — warm, thoughtful, creative, and community-focused
- Develop ideas for workshops, pop-ups, small gatherings, talks, tastings, creative sessions, family-friendly activities, and seasonal activations
- Think about how each event can create connection, not just attendance
- Explore collaborations with creative, wellness, education, family, lifestyle, hospitality, and local maker communities
- Propose ideas that support both the Fas a Fas brand and business goals
- Help shape Fas a Fas into a place people remember, return to, and want to be part of
3. Create proposals and event plans
- Develop simple but clear proposals for community events, brand collaborations, pop-ups, workshops, and partnership opportunities
- Prepare event concepts, objectives, partner benefits, event flow, basic budget needs, and collaboration mechanics
- Create internal event briefs for the Fas a Fas team so everyone understands the purpose, timeline, roles, and execution plan
- Work with Pradhivi to refine ideas and make sure each event feels aligned with the brand
- Help turn loose ideas into real plans with structure, timeline, and next steps
4. Coordinate event execution
- Coordinate with the internal team, including operations, kitchen, marketing, sales, finance, housekeeping, and runner/delivery when needed
- Make sure event needs are communicated clearly: space setup, menu/product needs, staffing, materials, guest flow, timing, and partner requirements
- Support the event day experience so guests, partners, and the Fas a Fas team feel taken care of
- Be present as the main event/community PIC when needed
- Help solve small issues during events with calmness and initiative
- Make sure the event feels welcoming, organized, and true to Fas a Fas
5. Support storytelling and visibility
- Work with the Part-Time Marketing Lead to prepare event communication, content angles, captions, and promotion timelines
- Help identify what stories should be captured before, during, and after events
- Coordinate with partners so they can help share and promote the event
- Gather event highlights, testimonials, photos, community feedback, and content notes
- Help translate each event into a story that strengthens the Fas a Fas brand and community presence
6. Review, learn, and grow the program
- Prepare simple post-event recaps covering attendance, sales notes, community response, content captured, what worked, and what can be improved
- Track community leads, collaboration opportunities, and event performance
- Suggest next steps after each event, including follow-up partnerships or recurring event formats
- Help build a consistent monthly rhythm of community activities and creative collaborations
