Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative activation strategies and event concepts aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Manage end-to-end event execution: planning, coordinating with vendors and partners, handling logistics, and supervising event day operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, communities).
- Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Source and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and communities to support various activations.
- Ensure seamless on-ground execution and maintain event quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights.
