What you'll be doing:
* Create Bill of Quantities (RAB) and Cost Estimates (BQ) for Interior and MEP Structures
* Create Cost Estimates (RAP) for cost control analysis
* Create time schedules
* Create standardization and unit price analysis
* Manage tender documents and requirements
Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
* Able to create comprehensive Cost Estimates (RAB) (Interior & ME)
* Able to read manual and AutoCAD working drawings, including volume calculations.
* Able to create project schedules and S-curves.
* Understanding of cost breakdown structures and strong analytical skills in reviewing vendor/subcontractor bids
* Able to create, understand, and analyze cost estimates well.
* Accustomed to handling large-scale and small-scale tenders.
* Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient in interior and ME materials
* Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
* Able to speak English fluently (at least passive).
* Communicative and proactive.
* Highly self-motivated and accustomed to working to deadlines.
* Able to work independently and a good team player.
* Able to join immediately
