Job description
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Estimator.
- Deep understanding of interior working drawings and furniture details.
- Proficient in calculating BOQ (Bill of Quantities), RAB (Cost Estimates), budget, and interior project material estimations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other supporting software.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, a team player, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
Job Description:
- Prepare RAB (Cost Estimates) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for interior projects.
- Calculate material requirements and production costing.
- Read and interpret shop drawings.
- Sourcing vendors and conducting price analysis for vendors and materials.
- Coordinate with the design, project, and workshop teams.
- Ensure estimations align with project requirements and the company's budget.
