Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimation and budget calculation for project needs
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantity/BOQ
- Calculate material, labor, and operational cost requirements
- Coordinate with internal team, vendors, and suppliers regarding pricing and material availability
- Prepare quotation and project estimation documents
- Ensure estimation results are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Having experience as Estimator/QS/Project Estimator is preferred
- Preferably from interior design, contractor, furniture, architecture, or building material industry
- Able to read technical drawings and understand project specifications
- Familiar with BOQ, RAB, material calculation, and vendor price comparison
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, or related software is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
