Deskripsi pekerjaan Estimator Sipil (Arsitek) Pt Airtech

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Mampu membuat estimasi nilai proyek untuk keperluan tender proyek Sipil, Arsitek baik dari BoQ maupun gambar tender

- Mampu membuat analisis harga satuan

- Memiliki jaringan mandor dan tukang untuk Mekanikal, Elektrikal, ataupun Sipil pekerjaan proyek

- Menguasai program Autocad untuk pembuatan Shop Drawing dan As Built Drawing

- Mampu membuat prediksi kebutuhan material saat project berjalan

- Mampu berinteraksi setiap hari dengan klien untuk menafsirkan kebutuhan dan persyaratan serta mewakili mereka di lapangan

- Mampu bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan Porject Manager dan peserta proyek lainnya untuk memberikan bantuan dan dukungan teknis

Requirements:

Pendidikan minimal D3 diutamakan jurusan Teknik Sipil
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Estimator Sipil, Arsitek
Cekatan dan mobilitas tinggi
