Job Summary
Lead the estimation and tender process by developing competitive cost proposals, managing tender submissions, and supporting business growth through accurate commercial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end tender process, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely submissions.
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial proposals for new business opportunities and contract renewals.
- Review tender documents, identify commercial risks, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to validate costing assumptions.
- Maintain and improve costing models, pricing databases, and tender documentation.
- Monitor tender schedules, submission requirements, and documentation quality.
- Lead and coach the Estimation & Tender team while driving continuous process improvements.
- Support the Head of Business Development with commercial analysis, pricing recommendations, and tender performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Estimation, Costing, Tender Management, Commercial, or Bid Management.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, pricing strategies, and commercial analysis.
- Experience preparing cost estimates, pricing models, and tender submissions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
