On behalf of our client, we are currently hiring for a position as detailed below: Business System Analyst - ERP Consultant
Client: Multifinance Industry
Working Arrangement: Full WFO at Office (Yogyakarta or Office Jakarta, Fatmawati/TB Simatupang)
Job Description
- Bridge communication between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document financial system requirements.
- Lead and support end-to-end ERP Finance & Accounting implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure system alignment with financial standards.
- Ensure ERP integration with other modules such as Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Project Management.
- Provide post-implementation support, user training, and ensure compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in end-to-end ERP Finance & Accounting implementation.
- Strong understanding of database design, financial transaction relationships, and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Familiar with configuration of Finance & Accounting modules; knowledge of financial consolidation and multi-currency.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax compliance (PPh, PPN, withholding tax).
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-310 Finance) will be an advantage.
