Deskripsi pekerjaan ERP Support Consultant PT Altindo Teknologi Indonesia (Altitude Solutions)
1. User & System Support
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) across all functional areas — Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Warehouse.
• Troubleshoot user issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions or escalate to the technical/development team when necessary.
• Manage support tickets in line with SLA response and resolution times.
• Assist in testing and validating bug fixes, patches, and BC version upgrades.
2. System Configuration & Maintenance
• Perform configuration and setup changes within Business Central (posting groups, dimensions, workflows, approvals, number series, etc.) under supervision or per change control.
• Maintain user accounts, permission sets, and role centers.
• Support integration testing for connected applications (e.g., Power BI, WMS, POS, payroll, CRM, banking interfaces).
3. User Training & Documentation
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare step-by-step user guides or quick reference manuals.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, issue logs, and change requests.
• Support onboarding of new users to ensure proper understanding of BC processes.
4. Process Improvement & Analysis
• Work with business users to gather and document business requirements for new features or reports.
• Identify opportunities for process automation or optimization using Business Central and related tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Support data validation, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities within BC.
5. Reporting & Communication
• Prepare ad-hoc reports or assist users in creating reports using Business Central, Excel, or Power BI.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical users and liaise between business teams and IT/development teams.
• Participate in project meetings, upgrades, or rollout initiatives when required.
• Prepare and distribute monthly report timesheet usage for each client.
• Reminder upgrade feature, renewal license, renewal support contract to clients.
