Job Descriptions:
- Manage, maintain, and provide support for the company's ERP System, Accounting System, and Payment Application System to ensure stable, secure, and efficient daily operations.
- Analyze Finance and Accounting business requirements and translate them into system solutions, process improvements, and functional enhancements.
- Coordinate with Finance users, IT teams, and HQ teams to resolve ERP, Accounting System, and Payment Application System issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure ERP, Accounting System, and Payment Application System support end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes.
- Monitor system performance and manage system integration between ERP, Accounting System, Payment Application System, and other finance-related applications to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system enhancements, and ensure new features meet Finance and Accounting business requirements.
- Support financial closing, payment processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting by ensuring system availability and data integrity.
- Participate in ERP implementation, system upgrades, finance digital transformation projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure ERP, Accounting System, and Payment Application System comply with company policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with HQ teams and business stakeholders. HSK certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, Finance Systems, or a related role.
- 4. Strong understanding of ERP Systems, Accounting Systems, and Payment Application Systems (such as Kingdee, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- 5. Experience in ERP implementation, Accounting System support, Payment Application Systems, system integration, and finance-related application projects is highly preferred.
- 6. Good knowledge of accounting and finance business processes.
- 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- 8. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
