About the Role
As an ERP/Custom Software Project Supervisor, you will oversee Mobile App, Website, and ERP projects, ensuring they stay on scope, schedule, and budget. You will be the key link between clients and the technical team, supervie projects from start to finish. With strong communication skills and fluency in English, you will coordinate with both customers and management to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee digital projects (Custom Software Development, 1Ci: Drive/Odoo/ERPNext ERP), ensuring they meet scope, deadlines, and budget.
Act as the main contact between clients and the development team, monitoring translating business needs into clear BRD, FSD, Technical Design and UAT.
Guide and support Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Functional/Technical/Developers to ensure smooth project execution
Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively solve issues.
Ensure high-quality project delivery that meets business needs and technical standards.
Manage project resources efficiently, optimizing time and budget allocation
Report project status, challenges, and solutions to both clients and company management.
Stay updated on 1Ci: Drive/Odoo/ERPNext best practices and digital project management trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information System, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
MUST have at least 3 year(s) of working experience as Project Supervisor (Minimum 2 Projects Full Life Cycle) especially in ERP (1Ci:Drive, Odoo, ERPNext), Mobile Apps, and Web Development.
Project Management Certification is a plus point.
Strong and experienced technical understanding of 1Ci:Drive, Odoo, ERPNext, Python, PostgreSQL, and API integrations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English/Bahasa, with strong reporting and client management skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset to handle challenges effectively.
