Deskripsi pekerjaan ERP Product Administrator Ann's Bakehouse & Creamery
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain data entry within the ERP system (Odoo).
Maintain and update:
- Product data
- Bill of Materials (BoM)
- Price Lists
- Promotions and Discounts
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the system.
Perform regular data validation and verification.
Collaborate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
Support business process improvements through effective ERP system utilization.
Qualification
- Strong interest in the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry
- Open to final-year students or fresh graduates from any major
- Good proficiency in Indonesian (both spoken and written); fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and professionals
- Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Notion
- Excellent data management and project management skills
- Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Able to learn quickly and work independently
- Willing to work from the office
