Deskripsi pekerjaan ERP Implementation & Data Migration Lead Fajar Indah Knalpot

- Act as primary bridge between Odoo implementor and internal departments (Finance, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse)

- Gather, clean, validate, and structure legacy data for migration into Odoo

- Design and document business process flows aligned with ERP best practices

- Ensure master data integrity (Item, BOM, Routing, Supplier, Customer, Costing)

- Lead ERP UAT and post-go-live stabilization

- Minimize Excel workaround and enforce system usage discipline

- Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational data

- Support continuous improvement after go-live.
