Equipment Machinery Lead (Mandarin Speaker) – PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia
As the Equipment Machinery Lead, you’ll oversees the selection, installation, and commissioning of production equipment and machinery, ensuring alignment with operational workflows and brand requirements.
What You'll Lead and Drive
- Coordinate, review and lead the equipment layout and installation plans
- Manage vendor relationships, delivery schedules
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure equipment meets safety, efficiency, product security standards, and smarter and green concept
- Support training and handover to operations team
What you bring
- Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
- Minimum 18 Years Old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Any major
- At least minimum 10 years of experience in MEP works for industrial/factory projects, experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams, familiarity with global brand compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge : Industrial machinery and production systems, familiarity with energy efficiency/automation/MIS integration and experience in equipment layout, installation, and commissioning
- Skill : Strong coordination and contractor management skills, Strong vendor coordination and technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with budget design and review
- Attitude : Drives Collaboration, Customer Focus and Delivers Quality
- Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
- Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, Energy, Quality and Environment
