Minimal Lulusan SMA/SMK sederajat, lebih diutamakan D3/D4/S1
Lulusan Teknik telekomunikasi, Informatika, Komputer, Elektro, Sistem Informasi atau bidang sejenis
Menguasi kemampuan penguasaan Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Menguasi kemampuan bahasa inggris dasar
Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan pelanggan dan internal
