- Conduct routine for quality control monitoring and inspection related to the social and environmental issues carried out by the Contractor Engineer (CE) at the project site on a daily basis.
- Leading dan arranging the inspection schedule and guidance of the social and environment team who conducted monitoring and inspections at the project site.
- Monitoring and checking the Daily Social and Environment Inspection Report that is made by the HSE team before being submitted to the Co-PM.
- Direct reports and conduct routine coordination with the Co-PM as the direct superior related to the conditions of safety work during activities at the project site.
- Prepare a notification letter to the Contractor Engineer (CE) for all findings of violations related to the Social and Environment and the activities that are non-compliance and does not refer to the contract documents and approved environmental documents that have been mutually agreed upon.
- Reviewing documents related to social and environmental.
- Assist the Co-PM or Group Leader at the site to prepare photos, reports or other documents required, if requested by the Employer.
- When requested by superiors, willing to give lectures or training to all team members in charge of the project site regarding Social and environmental issues.
- Coordinate with Group Leader regarding monitoring and inspection work at the project site and being able to work in teamwork with other engineers.
- Coordinate with the Employer (Client) and the Contractor Engineer on Social and Environmental issues at the project site.
- Report the Job Log to Co-PM for every month.
- Carry out the tasks arranged by the superior, especially from the Project Manager and Co-PM.
