Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Entrepreneurship Teacher to develop, review, and deliver high-quality content for university entrance exams and national standardized assessments (TKA SMA and Ujian Mandiri). Responsibilities include creating exam-relevant questions, accurate answer keys, and detailed explanations, alongside delivering engaging video explanations. The teacher will also ensure content quality by reviewing and editing work from other team members, as well as conducting interactive, real-time online live classes to break down complex business and entrepreneurship concepts for students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Economic Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching, tutoring, or creating and reviewing Entrepreneurship content.
- Strong familiarity with the high school Entrepreneurship curriculum, as well as assessments such as TKA SMA (national standardized assessments) and Ujian Mandiri (university entrance exams).
- Able to create clear, well-structured, and exam-relevant questions along with accurate answer keys and student-friendly explanations.
- Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and a keen eye for reviewing and correcting conceptual errors.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering video explanations and conducting live online classes.
- Good writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia, following proper grammar and structure (EYD, KBBI).
- Open to feedback and willing to revise content as needed.
- Able to communicate availability clearly and complete tasks within agreed deadlines.
