Job Description:
- Participate in the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of various software solutions for clients, including setting up new environments, customizing features, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide technical support, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions across multiple product lines.
- Integrate various platforms with existing client systems, and perform necessary customizations to meet unique business requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, and contribute to internal knowledge bases to foster team growth and efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, feature enhancements, and automation within deployed solutions.
- Assist in creating, testing, and modifying email firewall rules, spam filters, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies under senior supervision.
- Help monitor and maintain email authentication standards—including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC—to prevent domain spoofing.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand, and troubleshoot new software applications and platforms.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to efficiently identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with software implementation, configuration, and optimization in a business environment.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to staying updated on the latest features, best practices, and industry trends across multiple technologies.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS architecture (specifically MX, TXT, and A records), and SMTP protocol operations is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of standard attack vectors such as Business Email Compromise (BEC), spear-phishing, malware, and social engineering.
- Knowledge of email security and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and tight deadlines.
