We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development to join our Sales team to drive business growth by growing pools of Glints hiring partners.
You will be driving business growth by growing pools of Glints hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from Enterprise clients. The role will demand interaction and expect you to build valuable relationships with large scale Enterprise companies with hiring partners at various levels.
Growing the business by acquiring and establishing relationships with potential hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from Enterprise clients
Cross selling various Glints’ products and services
Collaborating with Sales Development Enterprise to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
Collaborating with Sales Development Representative Lead to build systematic Enterprise engine to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
Collaborating with the other sales team such as Client Success, Recruiter, Product Marketing to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth target.
Min. 5 years of working experience in enterprise B2B sales and/or account management
Proven track record of exceeding or high achievements in individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or similar function
Process-driven: high attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
Demonstrated track record of excellence in career
Must have a positive attitude
English is a must-have
Experience in leading a team would be a plus
