- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or other relevant fields.
- Graduated from a reputable State University or an A-accredited Private University.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 for Bachelor’s degree and 3.25 for Master’s degree.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and pronunciation.
- Preferably holds a valid TOEFL or IELTS certificate with a competitive score.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, English training, teacher development, or a related educational field.
- Experienced in delivering training, workshops, or professional development programs for teachers is highly preferred.
- Familiar with the Cambridge Curriculum and its implementation in a school environment.
- Strong understanding of English teaching methodologies, classroom practices, and teacher development.
- Able to assess teacher's English proficiency and identify their learning and development needs.
- Able to design and deliver engaging, practical, and level-appropriate English training programs for teachers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in delivering training and providing constructive feedback to teachers.
- Creative, adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Passionate about education and committed to supporting teacher's professional development.
- Willing to be placed in Cirebon.
- Maximum 35 years old.
