What You'll Do
As an English Tutor, you will play an important role in creating meaningful learning experiences for our students.
Your responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons based on our curriculum.
- Encourage students to actively communicate in English and build their confidence.
- Create a positive, enjoyable, and supportive classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials before each class.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the Academic Team to continuously improve teaching quality.
- Participate in tutor training, academic meetings, and professional development programs.
- Uphold professionalism and serve as a positive role model for students.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School graduate (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred).
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Responsible, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work full-time and be based in Pasuruan.
- Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Candidates with the following backgrounds will have an advantage:
- Previous teaching experience.
- Alumni of Kampung Inggris Pare or similar English programs.
- English proficiency certification (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.).
- Familiarity with Communicative Language Teaching (CLT).
- Experience teaching children, teenagers, or adult learners.
