*WE ARE HIRING – Lead Teacher*
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
• Lead and manage the classroom effectively
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers
• Monitor and assess student's progress and development
• Communicate professionally with parents and school management
• Participate in school events, programs, and curriculum development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, English Literature, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preschool / Kindergarten Teacher (preferred)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Solid understanding of the Early Childhood Curriculum
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Warm, cheerful, and nurturing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team
• Creative, organized, and able to handle school programs and special events
• Committed, patient, and passionate about working with young children
