English Trainer / English Teacher

English Class Academy (ECA) is a premier language center dedicated to providing high-quality English education for children aged 2 to 15 years old. We integrate the internationally recognized Cambridge Curriculum with Montessori-inspired learning methodologies to foster an engaging, child-centered, and holistic learning environment.

Job Description (English Teacher):

- Teach offline English lessons to young learners aged 2–15 years old.

- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and interactive teaching materials.

- Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing feedback and guidance to both students and their parents.

- Maintain accurate student attendance, evaluation, and classroom records.

- Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new students, including conducting placement tests and leading demo/trial classes.

- Collaborate with the marketing team on events and promotional activities, including participating in photo and video shoots for documentation, social media platforms, and advertisements.

- Assist in developing and refining the curriculum for future educational programs.

Requirements:

- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in English, Education, or a related field).

- Proven experience in teaching young learners. Minimum B2 CEFR English language proficiency level (or equivalent).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, and proactive.

- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

- Possess a passion for working with and teaching children and teenagers.

- Teaching certification or license (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or Montessori training) is a strong plus.
