In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the educational journey of our students, contributing to their growth and development. As an English Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons tailored to the needs of various age groups, including kindergarten, elementary, and junior high school students. Your primary goal will be to enhance the English language skills of our students, fostering an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging English language lessons for diverse age groups.
- Create lesson plans that align with educational goals and student needs.
- Utilize effective teaching methods to ensure students grasp the English language concepts.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members to improve overall teaching strategies.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assist in organizing and managing administrative tasks related to teaching.
Qualifications:
- Pekanbaru resident (Panam area resident is preferred).
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Education.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in teaching English to kindergarten, elementary, and/or junior high school students is required.
- Strong skills in teaching English, administration, Microsoft Office, and presentation are essential.
