ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an English teacher who sees language not just as a subject, but as a tool that opens opportunities. You will help participants realize that English is not something to fear - it is something they can use. This role is for someone who can motivate hesitant learners, make learning engaging, and build real confidence through communication practice.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Facilitate interactive English sessions focused on real-life communication.
• Teach participants to communicate effectively for their specific job aspirations.
• Use immersive learning tools, including a VR platform provided by the organization.
• Create practical speaking scenarios and evaluate participant performance.
• Encourage learners to speak with confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support ongoing growth.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Formal teaching certification and a background in English fluency instruction.
• Strong facilitation presence with high empathy and confident communication.
• Learner-centered teaching style and a genuine growth mindset.
• Experience in education, public speaking facilitation, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn technical skills relevant to participant employment goals.
Experience working with adult learners or vulnerable populations is a strong advantage.
