At SAY21, Trainers play an important role in shaping meaningful learning experiences through interactive activities, experiential learning, mentorship, and real-world applications in leadership and personal growth.

Job Description

• Lead dynamic and engaging growth-focused sessions that help children, teenagers, and young adults build confidence, leadership, communication skills, and self-awareness.
• Plan and organise learning journeys and program schedules, ensuring sessions are structured, impactful, and aligned with SAY21’s learning philosophy.
• Craft and refine session content, activities, and learning experiences that are interactive, relevant, and adapted to different participant needs and age groups.
• Guide participants through discussions, challenges, and reflective activities while providing mentorship, encouragement, and growth-oriented feedback.
• Work closely with the SAY21 team to strengthen programmes, exchange ideas, and continuously improve participant experience and learning outcomes.
• Contribute to community engagement through educational content, parent communication, or social media initiatives when needed.
• Be actively involved in SAY21 workshops, projects, and trainer development while helping create a positive, energetic, and inspiring environment for growth.
  

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience in teaching, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, or youth-related programmes (preferred but not required). Passionate fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possesses strong communication, presentation, and people engagement skills, both verbal and written.
• Is passionate about leadership, personal growth, youth empowerment, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children and young adults.
• Can design and organise engaging learning activities, session flows, or developmental programmes.
• Is energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with diverse personalities and learning styles.
• Is willing to support weekend workshops, camps, and special events.
• Is available to join IMMEDIATELY and lives within approximately 30 minutes travelling distance to Tanah Abang.
