JOIN OUR TEAM AS A TELE QUALIFIER AGENT
(FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING REQUIRED)
Starting salary from IDR 7,000,000/month + commission and performance bonuses.
Marketing Intelligence Agency, a subsidiary of PT Mitra Inti Antarbangsa, is hiring a Tele Qualifier Agent for candidates with fluent English speaking skills and strong confidence in telemarketing communication.
This position requires daily communication with international clients in English, including handling sales conversations, objections, and lead qualification professionally.
Working hours follow global operational schedules and may change based on company requirements, including morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to follow company scheduling policies.
Main Responsibilities :
- Contact and qualify potential clients by phone.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English.
- Conduct telemarketing conversations with international clients.
- Build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
- Explain company services clearly and confidently.
- Update lead information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments.
Requirements
- Preferred domicile: JABODETABEK
- Age: 18 – 35 years old
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong telemarketing and persuasive communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international clients daily.
- Confident handling objections and high-pressure conversations.
- Good phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred.
- Flexible with changing work schedules and international working hours.
English Qualification Process
Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to attend an on-site TOEFL test conducted by the company.
- Minimum TOEFL score required to continue: 570
