Job Description :
- Deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons using a direct communication approach
- Focus on speaking, listening, and real-life communication skills rather than theory-heavy instruction
- Facilitate interactive activities such as role plays, discussions, and simulations
- Adapt teaching methods based on participant needs and levels
- Prepare and deliver lessons based on provided curriculum and materials
- Provide clear explanations and examples to support language use in professional contexts
- Coordinate with program coordinators and follow training guidelines
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree , preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Strong command of spoken and written English (minimum B2–C1 level)
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Ability to conduct classes in a fully English-speaking environment
- Confident, energetic, and able to engage participants actively
- Able to work part-time with flexible scheduling (including morning or on-site sessions)
