English Tutor
Boya Learning Center is looking for a dedicated, energetic English Tutor to join our growing team. You will teach English to students of various ages and levels and help them build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver interactive, engaging English lessons
- Adapt teaching methods to each student's level and goals
- Monitor and evaluate student progress
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Maintain a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere
- Follow the center's curriculum and teaching standards
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Diploma degree (English Education, English Literature, or related fields preferred)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patient, creative, and passionate about teaching
- Teaching experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome
- Willing to work according to the assigned schedule
- Reliable, disciplined, and a good team player
