Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online English classes using interactive and practical methods
  • Create a fun and supportive learning environment for students
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans based on students’ needs and levels
  • Encourage students to actively participate and build confidence in speaking
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback
  • Report learning outcomes and class summaries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-2 years in education, with a strong commitment to student-centered teaching.
  • Native or near-native fluency, with a TOEFL score of 550+ or IELTS score of 6.5+.
  • Strong comfort with digital teaching platforms and tools, enhancing the overall online learning experience.
  • Passionate about experimenting with new teaching methods and engaging students in interactive learning.
  • Able to adjust teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and feedback.
  • Dedicated to providing high-quality education with no current engagements at other institutions, ensuring full focus on our students.
